Contact usDo you have a warranty for machines and equipment?
The coverage for machines and equipment will vary. Please refer to the packaging and manuals of the item. Purchased machines and equipment generally are covered with our standard warranties for mechanical, technical, and electrical problems and defects, except for regular wear-and-tear situations. We also provide FREE on-site training and installation services unless otherwise explicitly stated in some scenarios.
Please do not hesitate to contact us through our various platforms for your concern. Kindly include the details, such as Order Reference Number, images, etc. Packaging eStore reserves the right to reject and determine returns that do not meet the return conditions.

What if the received items were damaged or incorrect?
Please notify us immediately to process the urgent replacement. We will arrange the replacement within the day or the next business day, except on Sundays or public holidays.
Do you cater returns?
The short answer is YES! We will process the refund amount except for the Non-Refundable Delivery Fee. Return items should be in New Condition & it’s in original packaging and within (7) seven days from the date of receipt of the purchased item. The collection of return items arrangement shall be within two (2) working days. Please give us a call should the item be exceptionally bulky.
What about if I need it urgently?
If you badly need it, we are up for the challenge of delivering the goods as soon as possible. We hand it to your doorstep within the day when you send a request before 2 PM as our cut-off time, with a minimal fee of SGD 10.00 for the urgency.
What are your delivery charges?
Our local standard (2-5 working days) delivery fee is SGD 2.99. However, it is FREE OF CHARGE when you purchase a total amount of SGD 20.00 and above per trip. Special Delivery can be arranged as well within 1-2 working days with a delivery charge of SGD 30.00.
What is the usual delivery time?
Our usual delivery time is between 9 AM and 5 PM daily from Mondays thru Saturdays.
Do you deliver?
We serve city-wide door-to-door delivery, except for Palau Ubin, Jurong Islands, and Government Camps!
Do you have a self-pickup?
Yes, you may pick up your orders at our factory, located at 20 Gul Lane, Singapore 629415. Our operating hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, Mondays thru Fridays (except on public holidays). Please, contact us at +65 6861 0111 before coming to avoid inconvenience.
